The Club Helping Veterans is a diverse group of individuals, with one thing in common: We all have a tremendous love and respect for our country and for those who risk their lives every day, whether on American soil or abroad, in securing our nation’s freedoms and liberties. We encourage those who share this respect to join us in support of all those who have served and still are serving.
We are a non-profit corporation. Our primary mission is to provide financial assistance to Heroes and their families in their time of need when other resources are not available in a timely manner.

General rules

At Ace Bikers Club, we welcome a diverse range of motorcycles, ensuring that every ride is an exciting and inclusive experience for all our members. To maintain safety and consistency, we have established some guidelines regarding the types of motorcycles that are allowed in our club.
General Requirements
- Engine Size: We recommend motorcycles with an engine displacement of at least 250cc to ensure they can keep up with group rides.
- Maintenance: All motorcycles should be well-maintained and in good working condition to ensure safety during rides.
- Safety Equipment: Motorcycles must be equipped with essential safety features such as functioning headlights, taillights, brake lights, and mirrors.
- Legal Compliance: All motorcycles must be street-legal and comply with local regulations, including registration, insurance, and emissions standards.
- Attendance at all meetings is mandatory

General Conduct
Respect Others:
- Treat all members with respect and courtesy.
- Any form of discrimination, harassment, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.
Positive Attitude:
- Promote a friendly and inclusive atmosphere.
- Encourage and support fellow riders, regardless of their skill level.
Safety Regulations
Protective Gear:
- All riders must wear appropriate protective gear, including helmets, gloves, jackets, and boots.
- Ensure that your gear is in good condition and meets safety standards.
Bike Maintenance:
- Regularly maintain and inspect your motorcycle to ensure it is in safe operating condition.
- Address any mechanical issues promptly to avoid safety hazards.
Obey Traffic Laws:
- Follow all local, state, and federal traffic laws and regulations.
- Respect speed limits, traffic signals, and road signs.
Riding Formation:
- Maintain a safe and organized riding formation during group rides.
- Follow the lead rider’s instructions and signals.
- Keep a safe distance from other riders to avoid collisions.
No Alcohol or Drugs:
- Do not consume alcohol or drugs before or during rides.
- Ensure you are in a fit and sober condition to ride.
Group Rides
Punctuality:
- Arrive on time for scheduled rides and events.
- Inform the ride leader if you will be late or unable to attend.
Ride Leader Authority:
- Respect the authority of the ride leader and follow their instructions.
- The ride leader is responsible for ensuring the safety and organization of the ride.
Emergency Protocols:
- Familiarize yourself with the club’s emergency protocols.
- In case of an emergency, follow the ride leader’s directions and assist as needed.
Membership Responsibilities
Participation:
- Actively participate in club rides, events, and meetings.
- Contribute to the club’s activities and initiatives.
Dues and Fees:
- Pay membership dues and any associated fees promptly.
- Ensure your membership is in good standing.
Representation:
- Represent the club positively in all interactions, both online and offline.
- Uphold the club’s values and reputation.
Violations and Consequences
Rule Violations:
- Any violations of these rules will be addressed by the club’s leadership.
- Consequences may include warnings, suspension, or expulsion from the club.
Reporting Issues:
- Report any safety concerns, rule violations, or conflicts to the club’s leadership.
- Ensure that issues are resolved promptly and fairly.

Membership Requirements
Eligibility:
- Membership is open to all motorcycle enthusiasts who own a roadworthy motorcycle and hold a valid motorcycle license.
- Prospective members must attend at least three club rides or events before their membership application is reviewed.
Dues and Fees:
